Colors of products : Due to the limitations of desktop scanners & digital camera and the relative inconsistencies of various display monitors, the colors you see on your screen may not be a totally accurate reproduction of the actual product.

We strive to make our colors as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.

Products : We strive to source & bring you quality products.  Please allow for +/- cm differences against the measurements mentioned on our website versus the actual product.

Material used for Personalization : We use premium vinyl for personalization of gift items.  However, please do note that these vinyl may peel off if its subjected to rough handling.  No washing machine/dish washing.  For mugs & bottles, do not scrub where the words are. As some vinyl color may be unavailable at the point of your purchase, we will replace it with the next best color to match the item.

Personalization : Depending on the length of the name to be personalized, we will adjust the length & height of the vinyl according to the size of the product chosen, on our own discretion.
